Samantha Ferrell - State Farm Agent is seeking a Customer Service Representative to deliver exceptional client experiences and support the agency's growth in a collaborative, energetic environment.
You will handle inquiries, coordinate with team members, and maintain accurate records, while contributing to a community-focused insurance business that values development and advancement opportunities.
I opened my agency in 2022 and currently lead a team of five. Before becoming a State Farm agent, I worked as a team member. I'm a third-generation woman business owner and a graduate of the University of St. Thomas. Outside of work, I'm a proud hockey and boy mom, foster advocate, and rescue dog owner to Stella, Sapphire, and Stoli.
Community involvement is a big part of who I am. I'm Chair of the Twin Cities North Chamber of Commerce, serve on the Ambassador Board for the White Bear Lake Chamber of Commerce, and enjoy staying active in local organizations that help strengthen our community.
Our agency offers health benefits, a 401(k), mentorship opportunities, professional development, team outings, a $250 biannual professional clothing allowance, and a family-friendly office environment. We believe in investing in our team and creating opportunities for long-term growth.
Our culture is close-knit, high-energy, and work-hard, play-hard. I'm looking for someone who is motivated, innovative, and enjoys working as part of a team. If you're a self-starter who takes initiative and wants to grow in a collaborative, supportive environment, we'd love to meet you.
