Job summary

Sunset Automotive Group is hiring a bilingual Automotive BDC Associate to respond to customer inquiries in Spanish and English, set service appointments, and remind clients about upcoming service needs. The role emphasizes customer service excellence in a fast-paced dealership environment.

Ideal candidates will be bilingual, have a proven track record in BDC or call-center roles, and demonstrate strong communication and multi-tasking abilities.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Respond to inquiries via phone, email, or online chat in Spanish and English.

• Set, confirm, and follow up on appointments; learn and follow scripts.
• Conduct customer satisfaction surveys and document results.
• Perform other duties as required by the BDC.

Sunset Automotive Group has an immediate openings for a motivated, bilingual Spanish/English team member in our Business Development Center. In this position, you will be responding to customers who contact us by phone, email, or online chat to answer questions and set appointments for our service center. You will also make outgoing calls to current clients to remind them they are due for service and get them scheduled.

Must be fluent in Spanish and English both verbally and in writing. Some experience with automotive service is preferred but not required. Previous success in a BDC Center or a related position such as a Call Center-Inside Sales-Customer Service-Marketing-Lead Conversion is required.

Successful candidates will have ability to multi-task, be a team player, have a pleasant personality and experience working with customers by email and over the phone. BDC Associate Duties

As an Automotive BDC Representative, outstanding customer service skills are required. In this position, you will:

• Monitor and respond to internet and phone inquiries in Spanish and English
• Determine each customer's vehicle service needs by active listening
• Make outgoing calls to current clients for reminders and to set appointments
• Learn, understand, and follow call and email scripts
• Set, confirm, and follow up on appointments
• Perform satisfaction surveys with customers
• Other duties as required
