Job summary

Sunset Automotive Group is seeking a motivated bilingual BDC Associate for our Business Development Center in Sarasota. You will respond to customers in Spanish and English, both verbally and in writing, via phone, email, or chat, and you will schedule service appointments while following scripts and best practices.

Ideal candidates have strong customer service skills, the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment, and a professional demeanor.

Qualifications

• Must be fluent in Spanish and English both verbally and in writing.
• Experience in automotive service or BDC/call center is preferred but not required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and respond to inquiries in Spanish and English via phone, email, or chat.
• Determine customer service needs by active listening and set appointments for the service center.
• Make outgoing calls for reminders and to schedule appointments.
• Learn and follow call and email scripts; set, confirm, and follow up on appointments.
• Conduct customer satisfaction surveys and perform other duties as required.

Job description

Sunset Automotive Group has an immediate openings for a motivated, bilingual Spanish/English team member in our Business Development Center. In this position, you will be responding to customers who contact us by phone, email, or online chat to answer questions and set appointments for our service center. You will also make outgoing calls to current clients to remind them they are due for service and get them scheduled.

Must be fluent in Spanish and English both verbally and in writing. Some experience with automotive service is preferred but not required. Previous success in a BDC Center or a related position such as a Call Center-Inside Sales-Customer Service-Marketing-Lead Conversion is required.

Successful candidates will have ability to multi-task, be a team player, have a pleasant personality and experience working with customers by email and over the phone. BDC Associate Duties

As an Automotive BDC Representative, outstanding customer service skills are required. In this position, you will:

• Monitor and respond to internet and phone inquiries in Spanish and English
• Determine each customer's vehicle service needs by active listening
• Make outgoing calls to current clients for reminders and to set appointments
• Learn, understand, and follow call and email scripts
• Set, confirm, and follow up on appointments
• Perform satisfaction surveys with customers
• Other duties as required
