National Car Rental at Jackson Hole Airport is hiring a Return Agent to deliver friendly, efficient service during the rental return process. You will assist customers, process charges, and help ensure a smooth experience at the airport location in Jackson, Wyoming.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require sponsorship.
• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Must live in Jackson Hole or plan to within 30 days of hire.
• Valid driver's license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at-fault accidents in 3 years.
• No drug or alcohol related convictions in the past 5 years.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers on arrival with prescribed dialogue.
• Remind customers to check for personal belongings.
• Identify items found in vehicles and log details for lost and found.
• Explain rental charges and provide accurate receipts.
• Give information about transportation to the airport terminal.
• Thank customers using prescribed dialogue and solicit feedback.
• Document dissatisfaction and service issues when reported.
• Check incoming vehicles for damage and direct to the counter for a damage report.
• Verify fuel level and whether tank is full.
• Create a service alert for mechanical or body damage noted by customers.
• Identify vehicles on system hold and ensure proper movement to the correct lot.
• Tag vehicles flagged for grounding or maintenance and move to proper location.
• Keep the lot organized for easy access and flow.
• Pursue improvement through self-assessment, training, and goal setting.
• Maintain reliable attendance and punctuality.

The Return Agent will provide superior, friendly, efficient service during all aspects of the rental car process as it applies to this position. Assist all customers with the rental return process. Create and maintain a friendly, efficient environment for all customers. Assist in making all transactions quick and efficient.

The pay for this position starts at $25 / hour.

This position is located at Jackson Hole Airport (JAC) - 1250 E Airport Rd, Jackson, WY 83001.

Schedule

• We have multiple full time schedules - 40 hours per week + 1 hour lunch each day.
• Schedules include Saturday and Sunday hours.

Responsibilities

• Greet all customers using prescribed, appropriate dialogue as they arrive on the lot
• Remind customer to check for personal belongings
• Identify any items found in the vehicle with a unit number, date, time and turn into lost and found
• Advise and review rental charges; and provide an accurate receipt to the customer
• Provide information in a professional and courteous manner regarding transportation to the airport terminal
• Thank customers using the prescribed dialogue
• Inquire about service, satisfaction and document dissatisfaction
• Discreetly check vehicle for damage on incoming vehicles and direct customer to counter for completion of damage/loss report
• Use of proper statement to determine if vehicle is being returned with full tank of gas
• Complete a service alert for any mechanical and or body damage communicated by the customers.
• Identify vehicles, which are on system hold for turnback, time or mileage, recall, or any other special lock and verify their movement to the proper lot location
• Identify and tag vehicles that have been flagged for grounding or preventative maintenance and verify their movement to the proper lot location
• Keep lot organized for ease of access and traffic flow
• Seek to improve job performance through self-assessment, skill development, training and goal setting
• Maintain a regular and reliable level of attendance and punctuality
• Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned
