Job summary

A to Z Media in New York is seeking a client-focused Production Coordinator to join a growing team. You will manage release schedules and coordinate from design through delivery to ensure on-time, accurate results.

You will track the production process end-to-end, communicate with domestic and international vendors, and provide regular client updates while invoicing accurately. This role blends creative industries with logistics, in a hybrid On-Site to Hybrid setup.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with client base to understand release schedules and priorities.
• Track and drive the process from end to end including design/proofing, printing, manufacturing and delivery.
• Issue purchase orders to all vendors, domestic and international.
• Communicate status with clients on a regular basis via phone, email, Zoom, etc.
• Maintain an accurate production schedule and generate weekly status reports for clients.
• Navigate internal schedules for domestic and international projects.
• Ensure correct invoicing of clients and include all billable parts.
• Liaise with in-house Sales personnel as needed.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Responsibilities

The primary role is to work closely with our client base to understand their release schedules and priorities, and to ensure the best possible customer service.

You will be tracking and driving the process from end to end which includes:

• Working with internal art department trafficking jobs through design/proofing stage
• Issuing purchase orders to all vendors, both domestic and international
• Trafficking all projects through print, manufacturing and delivery to final destination
• Communicating on a regular basis with the client as to the status of their projects
• Communicating via phone, email, zoom, etc., both domestic and international
• Maintaining an accurate production schedule and generate weekly status reports for clients
• Navigate internal schedules for domestic and international projects
• Correctly invoicing clients and ensuring that all billable parts are included
• Liaise with in-house Sales personnel as and when necessary
• Additional duties and responsibilities as assigned
