Job summary

A-to-Z-Medi in Portland, Oregon, is seeking a proactive client services coordinator to join our growing team. You will manage client releases, coordinate with internal teams, and ensure on-time production from design through delivery.

Responsibilities

• Work with clients to understand release schedules and priorities.
• Issue purchase orders to vendors domestically and internationally.
• Traffick projects through design, proofing, print, production and delivery.
• Maintain production schedules and generate weekly status reports for clients.
• Communicate regularly with clients about project status by phone, email or Zoom.
• Liaise with in-house Sales and other teams as needed.
• Carry out additional duties as assigned.

Responsibilities

The primary role is to work closely with our client base to understand their release schedules and priorities, and to ensure the best possible customer service.

• Working with internal art department trafficking jobs through design/proofing stage


• Issuing purchase orders to all vendors, both domestic and international


• Trafficking all projects through print, manufacturing and delivery to final destination


• Communicating on a regular basis with the client as to the status of their projects


• Communicating via phone, email, zoom, etc., both domestic and international


• Maintaining an accurate production schedule and generate weekly status reports for clients


• Navigate internal schedules for domestic and international projects


• Correctly invoicing clients and ensuring that all billable parts are included


• Liaise with in-house Sales personnel as and when necessary


• Additional duties and responsibilities as assigned
