Job summary

Do Right Insurance in Bluffdale, UT is seeking a Customer Service Representative to help clients with inquiries, policy changes, and billing while delivering friendly, reliable service.

You will handle inbound calls, stay current on products and carriers, collaborate with teammates, and uphold accuracy and timely responses. This full-time role offers a Monday–Friday schedule, W-2 employment, and full benefits.

Qualifications

• Prior customer service or insurance experience preferred, but we'll train the right person.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Detail-oriented and able to juggle multiple tasks without dropping the ball.

What You'll Do
