Job summary

Do Right Insurance is hiring Insurance Sales Agents (1099) to build a personal book of business with uncapped earning potential. Earn $85,000–$150,000+ per year based on production; compensation is commission-based with optional draw during ramp-up.

You'll be responsible for prospecting, quoting, and closing new business, while growing your own pipeline and maintaining client relationships. We provide leads and access to strong carrier partnerships.

The Opportunity

What You'll Do

Compensation

• $85,000–$150,000+ annually, based on production
• 1099 independent contractor
• Commission-based with uncapped earning potential
• Optional draw during ramp-up (structure discussed at interview)

Performance Benchmarks

• Minimum monthly production: $25,000 in written premium
• Growth target: $100,000+ per month over time

How Success Is Measured

• Monthly written premium against benchmarks
• Close ratio — quotes converted to bound policies
• Client retention and renewal rate
• Growth of your book of business over time
