Job summary

Best-Friends-Pet-Care-Inc is seeking a Customer Service Representative who is passionate about animals and providing wow service to guests. You will be the first point of contact, handling check-ins/outs, tours, calls, and reservations, while maintaining a clean, organized lobby.

The role requires the ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays, lift up to 40 pounds, stand for long hours, and interact with animals in a pet-care environment.

Responsibilities

• Main lobby operations: check-ins, check-outs, guest visits and tours, answering general questions.
• Answering and handling calls in a professional manner; taking reservations.
• Maintain cleanliness and assist with scheduling and data entry.
• Escort pets to and from their rooms and ensure safe handling.
• Welcomes both human and pet guests and communicates with management.
• Contribute to teamwork and a fast-paced environment.

The hourly pay range for this position is $18 to $19 per hour. Actual compensation may vary based on factors including experience, qualifications, schedule availability, geographic location, and business needs. This position may also be eligible for incentives and overtime opportunities, where applicable. Where required by law, employees will be compensated at least the applicable minimum wage for all hours worked.
