Job summary

Best Friends Pet Care in San Clemente, CA is hiring an entry-level Customer Service Representative for part-time day shifts. You will be the first contact for our guests, both human and animal, delivering friendly, helpful service in a busy, friendly environment.

Requires a High School diploma and at least one year of animal experience. You must be able to lift up to 40 pounds, stand for eight hours, and work evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Main lobby operations - check-ins, check-outs, guest visits and tours, answering general questions

Required Education

The compensation information below is provided in compliance with applicable state and local pay transparency laws. The hourly pay range for this position is $18 to $19 per hour. Actual compensation may vary based on factors including experience, qualifications, schedule availability, geographic location, and business needs. This position may also be eligible for incentives and overtime opportunities, where applicable. Where required by law, employees will be compensated at least the applicable minimum wage for all hours worked.
