Location and Schedule

Location: Ascension St. Vincent Hospital

Shift Hours: Part-time, Monday - Friday, 11:00 AM - 4:00 PM in the Ortho department

Job Responsibilities
  1. Assist patients with hospital check-in processes, answering questions during registration, and collecting information accurately and compassionately.
  2. Build trust through attentive listening and addressing patient concerns and fears.
  3. Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple screens and data entry tasks, often amidst clinical interruptions.
  4. Provide emotional support to patients, helping to ease anxiety and build rapport.
  5. Handle diverse patient and insurance information, requiring quick learning and adaptability.
  6. Work collaboratively with a team committed to your professional growth.
Minimum Requirements
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Excellent customer service skills
Additional Information

Pay range: $16.00 - $22.30 per hour, based on role, experience, and qualifications.
