Required: Must be 18+, High School Diploma or equivalent, ability to multitask and type 30-45 WPM, fluent in English, familiar with Windows and Microsoft Office, excellent communication skills, customer-oriented attitude, reliable, problem-solving skills, adaptable to fast-paced environments.
Preferred: Experience in banking or financial services, data-entry, and professional communication skills.
