An established industry player is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join their dynamic team. Location: Ascension St. Vincent Avon
Shift Hours: Nights PRN, 7p-7a, Float Between all 4 sites. Work 1 shift a week, every other weekend. On-call 2 days a month. The scheduled shifts and on-call shifts will be at any of the 4 sites.

As our Customer Service Representative, you’ll help our patients check into the hospital. It’s fast-paced on occasion, and you’ll be the person they rely on to answer questions during registration. You’ll build trust in these interactions by collecting information accurately and quickly while listening with compassion to address their fears and concerns.
To thrive in this job, you’ll need to be a confident multi-tasker who is a quick study with technology and can type and answer phones. You don’t need to have any previous experience or knowledge in healthcare. Since this is a hospital/lab environment, you will need to be prepared to see illness and injuries. We’ll teach you everything you need to know, making this a perfect starting point to launch your healthcare career. You must also be up to date on all vaccinations, pass a drug test, and pass a background check prior to hire.

For this US-based position, the base pay range is $16.00 - $22.30 per hour. Individual pay is determined by role, level, location, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
