Job summary

Glidewell Dental in Irvine, CA is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join a fast-paced, people-focused team. You will participate in our customer service training program to equip you with the tools, phone etiquette techniques, and product knowledge necessary to successfully fulfill the role.

Position is 100% on-site in Irvine with a pay range of $21.00/hour plus bonus opportunities. Training runs Monday–Friday 7:00 AM–4:00 PM, starting September 28, 2026.

• Participate and complete Glidewell's customer service training program in order to be equipped with the proper tools, phone etiquette techniques, and product knowledge to successfully fulfill a customer service role at the Company.

Pay Range: $21.00/hour + Bonus Opportunities

Required Training Schedule:

• Monday - Friday
• 7:00AM - 4:00PM

Full attendance during training is required.

Candidates must be available to begin training on September 28, 2026.

• Position is based in Irvine, near John Wayne Airport.
• Please Note: This is a 100% on-site position. Employees are required to work from our Irvine, CA location and must be able to reliably commute to the site. Remote and hybrid work arrangements are not available for this role. Candidates selected for hire must be available to begin training on September 28,2026 and attend training Monday through Friday from 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM.

You may park in the parking garage structure located next to the 2301 Dupont Drive Building.
