Job summary

Glidewell, headquartered in Irvine, CA, is seeking a Customer Service Representative to support dental offices with expert service and problem resolution. You will complete training programs, participate in ILTs and e-learning, and engage in mock calls to sharpen skills while applying feedback for continuous improvement.

The role emphasizes teamwork, fast-paced problem solving, and delivering standout service in a dental context. On-site position with bonus eligible.

Qualifications

• Completes and participates in all customer service training program curriculum and activities.
• Attends and actively participates in instructor led trainings (ILTs) on topics including company history, communication techniques, company products, scheduling, crediting, CRM systems.
• Completes e-learning modules on topics related to dental terminology and morphology.
• Completes and participates in mock calls by applying information acquired from trainings.
• Incorporates feedback from activities to improve performance.
• Performs other related duties and projects as business needs require at direction of management.

Responsibilities

Essential Functions

• Performs other related duties and projects as business needs require at direction of management.

Pay: $21.00hr. plus bonus
