Customer Service Representative (NO proof of Vaccination required)

We work with many large corporations such as Boeing, AT&T, Exxon Mobil, Nabisco, etc., across various industries. Our primary role is to service their staff and ensure they understand their benefits and options. Job Duties:

1. Inbound and outbound calling
2. Scheduling appointments with clients requesting our benefits
3. Presenting and explaining insurance products and benefits over Zoom video calls
4. Completing applications for insurance products
5. Reporting daily numbers
6. Attending optional training classes
7. Completing tasks required by underwriters to approve coverage
