Customer Service Representative (NO proof of Vaccination required)

We work with many large corporations such as Boeing, AT&T, Exxon Mobil, Nabisco, etc., across various industries. Our primary role is to service their staff by explaining their benefits and available options. Union members often request our benefits packages because standard work benefits may be reduced or eliminated upon leaving or retirement. We provide unions with permanent benefits to ensure ongoing protection. Job Duties:

1. Inbound and outbound calling
2. Scheduling appointments with clients requesting our benefits
3. Presenting and explaining insurance products and benefit packages via Zoom
4. Completing insurance applications
5. Reporting daily numbers
6. Attending optional training classes
7. Completing tasks required by underwriters to approve coverage
