JOB SUMMARY

We are looking for a Customer Service Representative who will partner with and ensure the long‑term success of our business. Works to resolve issues accurately and efficiently, ensuring excellent service standards to maintain high customer satisfaction.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

This position does not carry out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with company guidelines, policies and procedures, and applicable laws. Supervisory responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.
