Responsibilities

• Enter data into RFMS and maintain accurate records.
• Conduct daily email and phone communications with customers, inspectors and vendors.
• Perform general administrative tasks and support the team.

JOB SUMMARY

Atlanta West Carpet is looking for a Customer Service Representative who will partner with and ensure the long-term success of our business. Works to resolve issues accurately and efficiently. Will ensure excellent service standards and maintain high customer satisfaction.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

• Interacting with customers, field Inspectors, and other AWC Associates
• Processing customer requests (assisting customers throughout the installation process)
• Processing inspection reports, from RFMS, to facilitate repairs.
• Resolving customer service issues (Scheduling Appointments)
• Data entry (RFMS)
• Daily email and phone communication with customers, field inspectors and product vendors
• General administrative tasks, team support, and solving service issues

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES

This position carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with company guidelines, policies and procedures, and applicable laws. Supervisory responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.
