Customer Service Representative (McHutchison)

The Customer Service Representative position is a key player in the order management process, serving as support for both our Sales team and customers.

Accountabilities

1. Maintain and build relationships with Sales team members and customers serving as the primary support contact for both internal and external customers by providing daily communication, updates, and assistance using sales tools and reporting
2. Drive order integrity of customer accounts throughout the entire business year. Complete order management involves, but is not limited to:
   • order entry/changes, product sourcing, verifying order status
   • Quoting and pricing management
   • Order tracking and assisting Logistics team
   • Claims
3. Ensures the availability of data for customer and Sales Reps cto be able to track order progress, identify opportunites, and address any challenges with orders
4. Identify system issues and opportunites for enhancements, recommend solutions, and monitor progress to improve operational efficiency and the overall customer expericence
5. Create and distribute timely, accurate communications to customers, sales reps, and internal teams ensuring all stakeholders receive necessary information in a timely manner
6. Strive for the highest internal and external customer satisfaction at all times.
7. Participate in special projects as requested
8. Attend and participate in industry events and company meetings as required

Desired Experience
