You will handle calls and emails, provide product information, process orders, and assist with inventory issues, while identifying upsell opportunities and coordinating with sales and production.

This full time, onsite position supports our professional customers — landscapers, growers, and garden centers — across the country. You’ll be an essential part of a small, collaborative team that takes pride in high-quality service, relationships, and reliability.
