Garage Door Medics in San Diego, CA is hiring a Customer Service Representative. This full-time position pays $22-$25 per hour and involves handling phone, email and chat inquiries with empathy and professionalism.

You’ll coordinate with technicians and office staff to ensure smooth service delivery and learn our services to become a trusted resource. We value a friendly, adaptable, and calm team player with 2+ years of CSR experience and a high school diploma.

Qualifications

• 2+ years as a Customer Service Representative; home services, repairs, or tech experience is a plus.
• Exceptional communication and active listening come naturally.
• Highly organized with strong multitasking and time-management abilities.
• Friendly, adaptable, and calm under pressure.
• Familiarity with ServiceTitan is a plus (training provided!).
• Team player driven by growth, collaboration, and goal achievement.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
