Job summary

Garage Door Medics, part of Guild Garage Group, seeks a Customer Service Representative in San Diego to deliver top-tier support via phone, email, and chat. You’ll help with onboarding and liaison with techs and offices, contributing to excellent service delivery.

The role requires 2+ years in customer service, strong communication, and organizational skills. Monday–Friday with occasional weekends; training provided for ServiceTitan usage and internal processes.

Qualifications

  • 2+ years as a Customer Service Representative—home services/tech experience a plus.
  • Excellent communication and active listening skills.
  • Highly organized with strong multitasking and time-management abilities.
  • Friendly, adaptable, and calm under pressure.
  • Familiarity with ServiceTitan is a plus (training provided!).
  • A team player, growth-minded and collaborative.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.

What You’ll Do:

Deliver outstanding customer support via phone, email, and chat.

Listen with empathy and professionalism to resolve issues efficiently.

Manage a high volume of inquiries with confidence and accuracy.

Serve as a trusted resource for the CSR team by answering questions, sharing best practices, and helping maintain consistent service standards.

Assist with onboarding and training new Customer Service Representatives while reinforcing company processes and expectations.

Coordinate with techs and office teams to ensure smooth service delivery.

Keep precise records of interactions, and proactively suggest additional services when appropriate.

Who You Are:

You bring 2+ year as a Customer Service Representative—experience in home services, repairs, or tech is a plus.

Exceptional communication and active listening skills come naturally.

Highly organized, with strong multitasking and time-management abilities.
