Deliver outstanding customer support via phone, email, and chat.
Listen with empathy and professionalism to resolve issues efficiently.
Manage a high volume of inquiries with confidence and accuracy.
Serve as a trusted resource for the CSR team by answering questions, sharing best practices, and helping maintain consistent service standards.
Assist with onboarding and training new Customer Service Representatives while reinforcing company processes and expectations.
Coordinate with techs and office teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
Keep precise records of interactions, and proactively suggest additional services when appropriate.
Become a trusted resource by deeply learning our services and offerings.
You bring 2+ year as a Customer Service Representative—experience in home services, repairs, or tech is a plus.
Exceptional communication and active listening skills come naturally.
Highly organized, with strong multitasking and time-management abilities.
