PrideStaff is seeking a Customer Service Representative for a HYBRID role in Florida. You will help Spanish-speaking customers with empathy and clear communication, 1+ year in a call center, and you will work Mon–Fri 8am–5pm with one week work-from-home every three weeks.

This role emphasizes accurate data entry, timely follow-ups, and professional medical-context support. Bilingual English/Spanish required, with strong time-management skills.
