Job Purpose:- The Customer Service Rep II employee assists consumers and employees with the dayto-day functions of various facilities to ensure the efficient operation of the location. They are generally the first- and last-person consumers to speak to and is an integral part of the recovery process. A successful Clerical Support employee is motivated by helping others.
