Job summary

LifeStream Behavioral Center seeks a Program Assistant to provide essential administrative support to the program manager and team. You will schedule meetings, manage calendars, and coordinate appointments to ensure smooth daily operations.

You will also maintain records, handle client inquiries, support events and trainings, and assist in developing policies to help deliver high-quality services in a compliant, compassionate environment.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • 1 year+ experience in behavioral health or social services preferred.
  • Administrative support or program coordination experience desired.

Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to the program manager and team, including scheduling meetings and managing calendars.
  • Assist in preparing and distributing program materials, reports, and communications.
  • Maintain accurate records of program activities and client interactions.
  • Serve as a point of contact for program inquiries to clients, staff, and external partners.
  • Support planning and execution of program events, workshops, and training sessions.
  • Assist in developing and implementing program policies and procedures to ensure compliance.
  • Collaborate with team to identify operational challenges and improve efficiency.

Job Purpose:- The Program Assistant is responsible for providing administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the program. This role involves assisting the program manager and team with various tasks to enhance the delivery of services to clients.
