You must be able to travel on-site if you have connectivity issues and trainings at needed bases.Standard Working Hours: Must be able to work between the hours of 8:00AM to 4:30PMThe Customer Service Representative is responsible for all areas of customer service as it pertains to research and resolution of telephone inquiries from members or patients. The base pay range for full-time employment is $20.65 - $30.78 hourly. Additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, on-call pay, overtime, shift premiums, extra-shift incentives, or bonus opportunities. Compensation within the range may vary based on qualifications, experience, location, market conditions, and business needs.
