Job summary

Indiana University Health System in Lafayette, Indiana, seeks patient services team members for urgent care patient inquiries and coordination. The role supports busy sites, with shifts across 7:30am–8pm and 3-12 hour blocks, including Sunday/Tuesday/Friday at Southside Urgent Care and potential rotation to Westside Urgent Care.

Responsibilities include timely phone/email responses, accurate data capture, processing service requests, and maintaining professionalism in every patient interaction.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 0-3 years of relevant experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

• Maintains professionalism and a positive attitude in all patient/customer interactions.

SCHEDULE

7:30am-8pm; 3-12 hour shifts

WORK LOCATION

Sunday/Tuesday/Friday at Southside Urgent Care

**Must be available to work at Westside Urgent Care if needed

**Holiday rotation
