• Collaborate with other departments for issue resolutions as necessary.
• Accurately gathers and documents patient/customer information and interactions for database recording and scheduling.
• Processes orders, exchanges, and other service requests.
• Maintains professionalism and a positive attitude in all patient/customer interactions.

SCHEDULE

7:30am-8pm; 3-12 hour shifts

WORK LOCATION

Sunday/Tuesday/Friday at Southside Urgent Care

• Must be available to work at Westside Urgent Care if needed
• Holiday rotation
