Job summary

Us Med- Equip in Centennial, CO is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our delivery team. You will work with operations and the sales group to ensure hospital partners receive timely, courteous support and equipment.

Daily responsibilities include loading and securing equipment, driving company vehicles, coordinating orders, maintaining safety standards, and building strong relationships with healthcare staff.

Qualifications

• High School Graduate or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license with good driving record for the past 3 years.
• Ability to pass a DOT certification/physical.

Responsibilities

• Carefully load, secure, and transport life-saving medical equipment and supplies to support clinicians in healthcare institutions.
• Safely drive and maintain company vehicles.
• Help service, ship, and receive equipment in branch warehouse.
• Provide professional customer service to hospital contacts, listening and responding to their patient and equipment needs.
• Maintain a neat appearance, including wearing a company uniform.
• Adhere to the operations process, including quality management system standards.
• Coordinate daily with local sales representative and other company team members on equipment orders and delivery, planning and support to healthcare partners.
• Participate in business planning and professional development sessions.
• All other duties as assigned.
