Job summary

US Med-Equip is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our life-saving mission in Omaha, NE. You will work with operations and the sales team to deliver excellent service to hospital partners, coordinate equipment orders, and support timely deliveries.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma, a valid driver's license, and strong communication skills. You may need to lift/move equipment and work flexible shifts, including on-call as needed, while upholding quality standards.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license with clean 3-year record.
• Ability to pass a DOT certification/physical.

Responsibilities

• Load, secure, and transport medical equipment to healthcare institutions.
• Safely drive and maintain company vehicles.
• Assist in service, shipping, and receiving at the branch warehouse.
• Provide professional customer service to hospital contacts.
• Coordinate with sales and team on equipment orders and deliveries.
• Participate in business planning and professional development sessions.
• Adhere to quality management system standards.
• Wear a company uniform and maintain a neat appearance.
• All other duties as assigned.

As a Customer Service Representative, you will work with operations and the sales team to provide excellent customer service to our hospital partners.

Job Responsibilities

• Carefully load, secure, and transport life-saving medical equipment and supplies to support clinicians in healthcare institutions
• Safely drive and maintain company vehicles
• Help service, ship, and receive equipment in branch warehouse
• Provide professional customer service to hospital contacts, listening and responding to their patient and equipment needs
• Maintain a neat appearance, including wearing a company uniform
• Adhere to the operations process, including quality management system standards
• Coordinate daily with local sales representative and other company team members on equipment orders and delivery, planning and support to healthcare partners
• Participate in business planning and professional development sessions
• All other duties as assigned

Qualifications

Preferred Education

• High School Graduate or equivalent
• Valid driver’s license and good driving record for the past 3 years

• Ability to provide excellent customer service to professionals in the healthcare industry
• Ability to use our company portal daily to manage equipment maintenance orders and deliveries
• Ability to work multiple shifts, including on-call as needed
• Able to read and write in English and perform math calculations
