Job summary

US Med-Equip in Tampa, FL is seeking a Customer Service Representative to support hospital partners with equipment orders, delivery coordination, and on-site service.

The role requires strong communication, the ability to work shifts including on-call, and the physical capability to lift up to 75 lbs and push/pull up to 150 lbs, with valid DOT certification upon hire.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record for the past 3 years.
• Ability to read and write in English and perform basic math.

Responsibilities

• Carefully load, secure, and transport life-saving medical equipment to support clinicians.
• Safely drive and maintain company vehicles.
• Help service, ship, and receive equipment in branch warehouse.
• Provide professional customer service to hospital contacts and respond to equipment needs.
• Maintain a neat appearance, including wearing a company uniform.
• Adhere to the operations process and quality management standards.
• Coordinate daily with local sales representative and other team members on orders and delivery.
• Participate in business planning and professional development sessions.
• All other duties as assigned.

Job Responsibilities

• Carefully load, secure, and transport life-saving medical equipment and supplies to support clinicians in healthcare institutions
• Safely drive and maintain company vehicles
• Help service, ship, and receive equipment in branch warehouse
• Provide professional customer service to hospital contacts, listening and responding to their patient and equipment needs

Preferred Education
