What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Answer telephones and direct calls to the appropriate branch, department, or person
- Schedule estimates, inspections, set up new services, and manage callbacks
- Resolve customer service issues and process customer emails
- Provide administrative support to the department, including processing mail and marketing materials
- Participate in the development of new programs and training for employees
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
- Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Professional communication skills (both verbal and written)
- Ability to live within a reasonable commuting distance to the corporate office
- Physical ability to occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds
