What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Answer and direct incoming telephone calls to the appropriate branch or department
- Schedule estimates, inspections, and new services while resolving customer service issues
- Process and respond to customer emails and provide administrative support as needed
- Develop positive working relationships with customers and branch personnel
- Participate in training programs and team meetings, working modified shifts as needed
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to commute to the corporate office as needed
- Must be able to lift and/or move up to 25 pounds occasionally
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Previous experience in customer service or a related field
- Familiarity with pest control or maintenance programs
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
