Customer Service Representative (Healthcare) - Remote

Job Title and Description

The Customer Service Representative (Remote) works from home, interfacing with customers via inbound/outbound calls and/or the web. This role involves providing customer service support and resolving routine issues related to clients' products and services. You will assist members with insurance-related inquiries, including benefits, eligibility, appeals, grievances, and troubleshooting medical devices, ensuring a positive and professional experience.

Benefits

Eligible U.S. employees may receive a base salary of $15.00/hour plus incentives, with benefits including medical, dental, vision insurance, 401(k), paid time off, holidays, and paid learning days. Applications are accepted ongoing, and military veterans are encouraged to apply.

Additional Information
