Job Title: Customer Service Representative (Healthcare) - Remote

Job Description: The Customer Service Representative (Remote) works from home, interfacing with customers via inbound/outbound calls and/or the web. This role provides support and resolves routine problems related to clients' products and services. You will assist members of a leading healthcare client with insurance inquiries, benefits, eligibility, appeals, grievances, and troubleshooting medical devices, ensuring a positive, empathetic, and professional experience.
