National and Alamo have exciting opportunities for full-time Customer Experience Representatives (CXR). This role involves providing superior, friendly, and efficient customer service, facilitating rental processes, and ensuring a positive experience for customers. The position is located at the Harrisburg Airport, 2 Terminal Dr, Harrisburg, PA 17057.

The pay rate is $16/hour, with potential bonuses up to $1300 monthly and a shift differential of $17/hour from 6:00 pm to 3:00 am.

Shift Available: 4:30 pm - 12:30 am

Responsibilities:

• Meet and greet customers professionally and promptly
• Provide superior service by explaining rental terms, vehicle features, and additional products/services
• Assist customers with directions, maps, and local information
• Handle reservations, rate quotes, and general inquiries via incoming calls
• Make outgoing calls for callbacks and other purposes
• Assess rental vehicle condition upon return
• Report customer issues and vehicle problems to management
• Engage in ongoing training and development

• Authorized to work in the US without sponsorship
• Valid driver’s license with no more than 2 violations or at-fault accidents in the past 3 years
