Personal Lines Insurance Customer Service Representative

Role and Responsibilities:
As a Personal Lines Insurance Customer Service Representative, you will play a key role in providing excellent service to our clients. Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing policy changes, billing inquiries, and coverage questions efficiently.
- Providing prompt, professional, and courteous responses to client inquiries.
- Maintaining accurate client records and documentation.
- Collaborating with insurance carriers to resolve issues and find the best solutions.
- Staying informed about industry trends and insurance products to provide clients with up-to-date information.
- Contributing to a positive team environment and helping achieve company goals.
Requirements:
- A Pennsylvania Property and Casualty insurance license is preferred. If unlicensed, we offer full support to help you obtain one.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in personal lines insurance customer service or a similar customer service role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with clients and colleagues.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills for maintaining accurate records.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and agency management systems.
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality service.
