Job summary

Aire Serv is hiring a part-time Customer Service Representative & Dispatcher to handle incoming calls, schedule appointments, and dispatch technicians. You will maintain smooth office operations and assist with sales functions to grow the business.

The role requires at least two years of administrative experience in HVAC or home services, proficiency with dispatch software, and strong communication skills. Flexible hours and weekly pay are provided.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years administrative experience (HVAC or home services).
• Service Titan or other dispatch software experience a must.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong data entry skills.
• Positive attitude and ability to work with different personalities.
• Team player who can work independently.
• General computer knowledge, including Microsoft Office.
• Typing skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Receive incoming calls in a professional and courteous manner.
• Booking/scheduling appointments and dispatching technicians/installers.
• Perform marketing and sales functions to sell additional work and earn business.
• Complete work orders, return customer calls and respond to customer complaints.
• Maintain office services by organizing office operations and procedures, and preparing and reviewing purchase orders.
• Assigning daily work/calls to other team members.
• Perform other duties as needed which may include cross-training in related positions.
