Job summary

IASA Group, LLC. is seeking a Customer Service Representative (CSR) to support customer service, quotations, order processing, account support, and inside sales activities within the aerospace and defense industry.

This role serves as a primary point of contact for customers, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure timely RFQ responses, accurate quotations, efficient order entry, and exceptional customer support.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in customer service, inside sales, sales support, order processing, account management, or administrative support.
• Strong communication and customer relationship skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service and account support.
• Respond to customer inquiries regarding pricing, availability, lead times, and order status.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Support customer accounts from quotation through order fulfillment.
• Communicate professionally with customers via phone and email.
• Review and process customer RFQs (Requests for Quotation).
• Prepare and submit accurate customer quotations.
• Follow up on open quotations and sales opportunities.
• Coordinate with suppliers to obtain pricing and lead time information.
• Support inside sales activities by managing quote opportunities and customer requests.
• Enter and process customer orders within the ERP system.
• Verify pricing, delivery schedules, and order requirements.
• Maintain accurate customer records and transaction documentation.
• Process order changes, revisions, and cancellations as needed.
• Assist with sales administration and reporting activities.
• Communicate with manufacturers and suppliers regarding pricing and availability.
• Coordinate with purchasing, warehouse, and operations teams.
• Assist with expediting customer orders when necessary.
• Support inventory sourcing and fulfillment activities.

IASA Group is seeking a Customer Service Representative (CSR) to support customer service, quotations, order processing, account support, and inside sales activities within the aerospace and defense industry. The ideal candidate will have experience in customer service, inside sales, sales support, account management, order processing, or distribution environments. Aerospace, manufacturing, industrial, or defense industry experience is a plus but not required.

Key ResponsibilitiesCustomer Service & Account Management
