Job summary

A Cleaner World is seeking a Customer Service Representative to welcome customers, manage drop-offs and pickups, and process transactions at our Greensboro store. In this role you'll help resolve questions, explain cleaning options including free pickup and delivery, and learn through structured, paid training.

You'll join a supportive team, keep daily store operations running smoothly, and have the chance to advance to leadership roles as you gain experience.

Responsibilities

• Operate the POS system and accurately process customer transactions.
• Listen to customer concerns and work to find solutions.

In this customer-facing role, you’ll welcome customers, manage drop-offs and pickups, process transactions, and help resolve questions and concerns. With structured, paid training and a supportive team, you’ll learn how to deliver attentive service and keep daily store operations running smoothly. Full-time and part-time opportunities are available, and no previous dry cleaning experience is required.
