You will welcome customers, manage drop-offs and pickups, process transactions, and resolve questions. The role emphasizes customer care, teamwork, and a structured training program.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and assist with drop-offs and pickups.
• Inspect garments, check orders for accuracy, and record special care instructions.
• Answer questions about cleaning services and suggest options (e.g., free pickup/delivery).
• Operate the POS system and process transactions accurately.
• Listen to customer concerns and work to find solutions.
• Keep the store clean, organized, and ready to serve customers.
• Collaborate with teammates to maintain daily operations.
