Job summary

A Cleaner World is hiring a Customer Service Representative to greet customers, manage drop-offs and pickups, and process transactions. In this role you’ll help resolve questions, explain cleaning options, and contribute to a friendly store environment.

The position offers structured, paid training through the CSR Development Program, with health insurance and retirement benefits eligibility for qualifying employees, plus clear paths to leadership roles.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and assist with dry cleaning and laundry drop-offs and pickups.
• Inspect garments, check orders for accuracy, and record special care instructions.
• Answer questions about cleaning services and introduce options, including free pickup and delivery.
• Operate the point-of-sale system and accurately process customer transactions.
• Listen to customer concerns and work to find solutions.
• Keep the store clean, organized, and ready to serve customers.
• Collaborate with teammates to keep daily operations running smoothly.
