A Cleaner World is seeking a Customer Service Representative to assist customers with dry cleaning and laundry, manage drop-offs/pickups, and handle transactions. You will be part of a friendly team with structured training designed to build customer-care skills.

No prior dry cleaning experience is required; training is provided. Full-time and part-time opportunities are available, with health insurance and potential career advancement toward Lead CSR or Store Manager roles.

Qualifications

• Comfort using a computer, processing customer transactions, and being on your feet.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and assist with drop-offs and pickups.
• Inspect garments, check orders for accuracy, and record care instructions.
• Answer questions about services and offer options like free pickup/delivery.
• Operate the point-of-sale system and process transactions accurately.
• Listen to concerns and help find solutions.
• Keep the store clean, organized, and ready to serve.
• Collaborate with teammates to run daily operations smoothly.
