Atlas Credit Co., Inc. is seeking friendly and motivated individuals to join our team in Tyler, TX. You will build positive customer relationships and assist with loan applications, payments, and account management.

Expect to handle high-volume calls, follow up on past-due balances, and perform field visits to help customers with payments. Training is provided if you have no financial services experience.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of customer service experience preferred.
• Strong communication, listening, and problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable making high-volume calls and handling account collections.
• Friendly, professional attitude and willingness to learn.
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic computer and data entry skills.
• Valid driver’s license, vehicle insurance, and reliable transportation for field visits.
• English proficiency required; bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Schedule & Work Environment

• Full-time position with 8-hour shifts
• Primarily Monday–Friday schedule
• Occasional Saturday shifts may be required based on business needs
• Availability to work the last Saturday of every month is required
• Weekday schedules and days off may be adjusted when Saturday shifts are scheduled
