Transdev North America, Inc. is hiring a Customer Service Representative in Clackamas, OR to act as a liaison for customers, providers, and clients. Ideal candidates are friendly, service-oriented and focused on safety.

The role offers a competitive compensation package of $21.85 per hour, paid training, and the possibility to work from home after an initial in-office period. A high school diploma and strong customer service skills are required.

• Respond to customer inquiries and concerns with timely responses and accurate information or escalation to a supervisor.

• Document trip authorizations and details (transportation type, pickup and appointment times).
• Perform other duties as required.

Benefits Include

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries and concerns with timely responses and accurate information or redirecting to a supervisor.
• Comprehensive understanding of policies and procedures
• Meet or exceed established performance requirements.
• Document trip authorizations and details including transportation type, pickup times, appointment times and addresses.
• Other duties as required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED or equivalent.
• Computer literate
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to operate standard telephone system.
• Must be able to work shifts or flexible work schedules as needed.
• Subject to a DOT drug testing and physical if applicable. DOT Regulation 49 CFR Part 40 does not authorize the use of Schedule I drugs, including cannabis, for any reason.

Physical Requirements

• Sit for extended periods (up to 6-8 hours per day)
• Push and pull objects up to 20 pounds, occasionally throughout the workday; lift material weighing up to 50 lbs. with or without assistance; occasionally bend, kneel, or crouch to files or equipment stored at ground level
