Transdev North America, Inc. in Perris, California is hiring a Customer Service Representative to act as a liaison for our customers, providers, and client. We are seeking friendly, customer service-oriented people who are dedicated to safety.

The role requires a High School Diploma or equivalent, strong computer skills, and excellent customer service abilities. You must be able to operate a standard telephone system and comply with DOT drug testing regulations where applicable.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries with timely, accurate information or escalation to a supervisor.
• Understand and apply company policies and procedures.
• Meet or exceed performance requirements.
• Document trip authorizations and details (transportation type, pickup and appointment times).
• Perform other duties as required.

• $19.25 (Union Collective Bargaining Agreement PayScale)

Benefits Include

• Vacation : up to 5 days per year
• Paid Sick Leave: 40 Hours Yearly. Full time employees; medical, dental & vision after 30 calendar days of employment for full-time employees, life insurance, 401k retirement benefits, and company holidays.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries and concerns with timely responses and accurate information or redirecting to a supervisor.
• Comprehensive understanding of policies and procedures
• Meet or exceed established performance requirements.
• Document trip authorizations and details including transportation type, pickup times, appointment times and addresses.
• Other duties as required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED or equivalent.
• Computer literate
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to operate standard telephone system.
• Subject to a DOT drug testing and physical if applicable. DOT Regulation 49 CFR Part 40 does not authorize the use of Schedule I drugs, including cannabis, for any reason.

Physical Requirements

• Must be able to work shifts or flexible work schedules as needed.
• The employee is generally subjected to long periods spent sitting, typing, or looking at a computer screen.
• Work environment will be a combination of both indoors and outdoors.
