Transdev in Clackamas, OR is hiring a Customer Service Representative to act as a liaison for our customers, providers, and clients. We are seeking friendly, customer service-oriented people who are dedicated to safety.

Transdev offers a competitive compensation package of $21.85/HR, paid training, and the option to work from home after about a week and a half in the office. Benefits include vacation, sick days, holidays, 401(k), and medical, dental, vision coverage.

Formación

• High School Diploma, GED or equivalent.
• Computer literate and able to use standard telephone systems.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to work shifts or flexible schedules.

Benefits include:

• Vacation: minimum of two (2) weeks
• Sick days: 5 days
• Holidays: 12 days; 8 standard and 4 floating
• Other standard benefits: 401(k) retirement plan, medical, dental and vision, life insurance, short-term disability, voluntary long-term disability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer inquiries and concerns with timely responses and accurate information or redirecting to a supervisor.
• Comprehensive understanding of policies and procedures
• Meet or exceed established performance requirements.
• Document trip authorizations and details including transportation type, pickup times, appointment times and addresses.
• Other duties as required.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma, GED or equivalent.
• Computer literate
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to operate standard telephone system.
• Must be able to work shifts or flexible work schedules as needed.
• Subject to a DOT drug testing and physical if applicable. DOT Regulation 49 CFR Part 40 does not authorize the use of Schedule I drugs, including cannabis, for any reason.

Physical Requirements:

The essential functions of this position require the ability to:

• Sit for extended periods (up to 6-8 hours per day)
• Push and pull objects up to 20 pounds, occasionally throughout the workday; lift material weighing up to 50 lbs. with or without assistance; occasionally bend, kneel, or crouch to files or equipment stored at ground level
