Customer Service Representative at Reva

POSITION SUMMARY

Enjoy the opportunity to demonstrate extraordinary care for residents as you efficiently address resident requests. Driven by a desire to build relationships, Resident Experience Coordinators naturally excel at connecting with residents and providing superior service to ensure that we deliver the best in apartment living.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
  • Deliver a warm greeting to residents to make them feel welcome.
  • Quickly respond to all resident requests and concerns in accordance with JBG SMITH policies to achieve high customer satisfaction. Use creativity to solve problems and drive resident satisfaction.
  • Work with Residential Centralized Services and leasing team to assist in coordinating lease alteration and lease renewal options and paperwork when needed.
  • Ensure new residents have a seamless move-in experience by conveying important information and requirements to resident ahead of move-in day in accordance with JBG SMITH policies, completing pre move-in inspections of apartment homes to address any deficiencies prior to move-in, coordinating reservation of loading dock and freight elevator, assisting resident as needed with setup of utilities, renter's insurance, and Internet access.
  • Ensure residents moving out have seamless experience departing the community by arranging pre move-out inspections with service team, coordinating reservation of loading dock and freight elevator, assisting resident as needed with transferring utilities back to building's name.
  • Support the assistant manager with administrative and financial duties.
  • Develop an in-depth knowledge of the neighborhood so that you can recommend the trendiest new coffeeshops, must-see art exhibits and other great things to do in the area.
  • Assist in coordinating community activities and social events to build resident relationships

HOW WE SUPPORT YOU

The salary range for this position is $22/hour to $24/hour. Please note that the salary range information provided is a general guideline. It is uncommon for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on a variety of factors. JBG SMITH considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, candidate's work location, education/training, key skills, internal peer equity, external market data, as well as, market and business considerations when making compensation decisions.

JBG SMITH offers a bonus program, renewal incentives, and a competitive benefits package; including up to $5,200 annual reimbursement for professional development opportunities.
