Description
Position Summary
The CSR is responsible for providing a full range of concierge services to clients, including but not limited to, arranging hotel reservations, rental car requests and reservations, processing in-flight catering requirements, and overseeing aircraft servicing requests.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Serve as the first point of contact for clients by welcoming, assisting, and directing visitors.
- Qualify for and maintain Airport SIDA (where applicable) and a valid driver’s license.
- Ensure appropriate actions are taken to resolve customers’ problems and concerns.
- Answer phone calls professionally and courteously, processing requests efficiently.
- Prepare and process invoices accurately.
- Utilize and maintain directories and reference materials.
- Greet aircraft upon arrival and departure, assisting arriving passengers and crew members.
- Operate vehicles and golf carts.
- Maintain a friendly demeanor and professional attire according to standards.
- Keep the reception area clean and orderly, and keep the flightline free of FOD and safety hazards.
- Assist flight crew with ramp-side services.
- Coordinate conference room scheduling and setup for events and executive conferences.
- Communicate clearly using two-way radios to relay messages internally and externally.
- Restock supplies as needed.
- Maintain valet parking areas and status boards accurately.
- Ensure passenger vehicles are cleaned and prepared prior to pick-up.
- Participate actively in Galaxy FBO Safety Management System.
- Comply with all Galaxy Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Observe safety, environmental, and housekeeping rules and policies.
- Complete all required training and maintain certifications.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

Experience and Education
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED).
- 1-3 years of customer service experience.
- Proficient in computer skills including email, databases, word processing, spreadsheets, and graphics.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Experience with software such as TotalFBO and FlightBridge preferred.
- Experience with flight scheduling/dispatching in Part 91 or 135 operations preferred.
